starting with 6.1 it builds optimized for the arch of the build host,
alterable with --target=
There a somethings that need done to have different rpm_opt_flags for
different alpha, currently theres only alpha or not alpha
You can tweak the flags with "optflags: alpha _flags_here" in your
~/.rpmrc
