Yes.
But Netscape is really limited in its font handling possibilities;
that is it only recognizes a few HTML encodings and only a few X11 font
encodings; that is very visible when loading a unicode (utf8) html
page; even if you have fonts for all the scripts on the page only some
of them will be displayed.
And we haven't Netscape sources to fix that...
