I cannot install Cooker. I left a message concerning that on the reflector,
but I did not see any replies (nor are there any on the digest). I will
repeat it here and see if anyone can advise.

I cannot install cooker on my system. It gets to "Select Language" (alt-F4
screen) and stops. The main console screen goes blank, and there is a small
cursor in the upper left hand corner, but nothing else.
Here's my system:
FIC Pentium board with Cyrix 6x86-150
24MB RAM
2x Creative CD-Rom (the old Soundblaster Interface CR-562)
NE2000 clone NIC
Buslogic SCSI II Controller and two SCSI-II drives
ISA VGA Card (AVG1 generic with 256k)
1.44 Floppy
Anyone run across this problem before? I'd love to try the new Mandrake but
it won't cooperate.
