Hi,
With what Window Manager do you use it? Transparency work only with
compatible WM. For backgrounds, use Eterm-0.8.10-3mdk.i586.rpm or
Eterm-O.8.10-4mdk.i586.rpm (uploaded in few hours).
Warning: if you have Eterm-0.8.10-3mdk.i586.rpm, don't download
Eterm-O.8.10-4mdk.i586.rpm. This one fix only a little typo.

Fixed in netscape-4.70-6mdk but Netscape crashes probably not for that.
What version use you? Are compat-libs and compat-glibc installed?
