[Cooker] grpmi is core dumping

On Oxygen when I execute:

grpmi 
http://rpmfind.net/linux/MandrakeCooker/oxygen/Mandrake/RPMS//bc-1.05a-7mdk.i586.rpm

I am getting a sigsegv and a core dump.  That would be why my rpmdrake
does not work.
