Nope, it's ctags.  If I use the ctags that comes with vim "Exuberant
Ctags 3.4, by Darren Hiebert <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>" vim works fine.  The
difference is that the ctags that comes with vim sorts all of the
uppercase symbols, followed by any symbols that start with '_' followed
by the lowercase symbols, sorted.
