Well, maybe because reading the mount and smbmount man pages would surely
answer the question.
//server/hnoon_serv /mnt/hnoon smbfs username=winuser,uid=linuser,etc
The only thing is that I can't figure out how to avoid putting the password
in the fstab options. The man page says that mount should ask for the
password. It asks for it, but doesn't wait for the answer and the session
fails with "session setup failed: ERRDOS - ERRnoaccess (Access denied.)"
For now, I can live with a 'chmod 600 /etc/fstab' but that's not perfect.
Sorry for the grunt and thanks for the cursing lessons.
