[Cooker] 7.1beta + ata 66

[V. Heath Beltran]

I recently bought a new hard drive.  I want to install it as the primary
master, yet for some reason is stays as the slave.  Would this have
anything to do with why 7.1 beta can not install on my ultra 66 drive?
I have already tried the cdrom.img provided on the cd and the latest on
the ftp sites.  Is there another way to install?
