No I bought my Q3 tin box that had been sitting on my
desk since december because of lack of
driver support for my GeForce DDR (and mesa is a
joke).
I understand your point and agree that this should
not be something Nvidia should keep doing, and
I am sure they will not. I was just so freaking
happy when they drivers were finally released
that at that point in time I didn't care what the
circumstances were, I just wanted to play Q3 in
linux.
