No.
This is strongly against the linux philosophy,
binary driver are against windows philosophy,
and you can be sure that if everybody start to code binary driver, 
the linux stability you know will never be there anymore.

You buy hardware and you have the right to know how it work 
(ie: to have the spec), because :

1 - you want to use it.
2 - you get what you paid for.
