doesn't allow passwords longer than 8 characters...
my present password is "inthevandownbytheriver" and won't work.
licq errors and states something like, "password can only be <= 8 characters.
this is weird cause on my linux-mdk 7.0 and other o/s's etc, it will accept my
>8 character password! must be a bug in the 7.1-2 iso beta distro!
(ps. for those not too smart, it's not my real password.)
