Hmmm, yes, you could theoretically have a different passwd or groups
file (which I think I forgot in that patch anyway) so that some users
_can't_ get mail.  Interesting, hadn't thought of it that way.  I've
always been of the opinion that if you want to virtualize users, just
use ldap or sql as a backend, but in this case, the chroot makes it able
to be virtualized.  Again, interesting...
