I have done at least a half dozen rebuilds, all broken the same way.
I also tried rebuilding from the helix source and it was similarly
broken.
This leads to me one of two conclusions:
1) It's breaking due to over-optimization (testing this now), or
2) it's something to do with RPM. They aren't using our version of
it, as evidenced by the fact that the %files section doesn't make
provision for spec-helper compressing the man page mcserv.8.
