We have a big server (currently 130GB hardware SCSI RAID 5) with another one coming soon (about 240GB hardware IDE RAID 1), but we use that for files people give us money for ;-). Our internal FTP has 36GB total for all install files (win32 + Mandrake), and that's not enough to keep SRPMs for everything ... (which we have on DVD in case we really need it). But, the point is that I think for a 100k SRPM, a user should not need to have a personal mirror, and I think it would be useful and marketable too (I have been rebuilding SRPMs by using wget for a long time, but it's about time normal users can do it too, don't you think?)
