That's kind of the idea, but I don't think we would need a
rebuild-everything package, just do a minimal install (the one with
urpmi), and then:

urpmi --build --install kdebase

Of course, I don't know if this would really be beneficial to the
end-user, but the Gentoo people probably do, and it would be an easy way
to see (and easy way to show that Gentoo isn't really *that* advanced
etc etc).

The main thing is I think it could save the time of the typical user,
who could add a source urpmi medium for cooker to his stable release,
which would allow him to install new packages from the comfort of his
stable release.

First step is to decide what needs to go in the hdlists (BuildRequires
only?), then get some hdlists out there, and people can start
experimenting ...

One issue is what to do with conditional buildrequires ...
