Heh, same IBM page points you to bluez (for RH 7.x and 8), which is in
contrib!

According to the IBM page, only one of 3 available cards is supported
under RH9. The other card that might work is the Atheros, with a driver
in development here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/madwifi/

Maybe he could have saved time writing the article, and said:

1)I can't read on-scren instructions
2)Use babelfish to translate IBM's page into german ...
