Well, you don't need us to tell you, since rpmdrake will, or urpmq if you 
ask the right question:

$ urpmq -i urpmc
or (slower):
$ urpmf --description urpmc

For more info, please consult the manpages and --help output.

Of course, there may be a situation where you don't have access to a 
cooker box, in which case you can use rpmfind, or 
http://cvs.mandrakesoft.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/contrib-SPECS/<package>

I guess I should write something up on using "bookmarklets" and the 
equivalents to make life with cooker easier ... but I have quite a few, 
specs, contrib-specs, rpmmon, bugzilla, then a few generic ones like fm 
(freshmeat) etc.
