Well yes and no. If I am a system administrator it *is* my business. I will certainly have to clean up any "mess" a user may make at the very least. If I am the system administrator and want to run as root, well then that is certainly only my business up until I mess up, have to clean up *AND* mess up someone else's files like for instance the ones that use to be owned by my boss. As in most things in life having a choice to protect myself from myself or decide not to do so should ideally be mine. i.e. Neither a straight up or down on this issue is indicated, as it is very much situationally dependant.
