[Cooker] Can't run OpenOffice.org 1.1RC3

I just upgraded from OpenOffice.org 1.0.3 to 1.1RC3.2 and when I try to 
start any application from the suite nothing happens. If I try to run it 
from console I get this error:

wrong language for update (installed language doesn't match installation 
language)
ExitCode: 32
Installation of OpenOffice.org 1.1.0 failed

What is going on?
