If I check with RPMDrake it tells me that OpenOffice.org-l10n-en-OpenOffice.org-l10n-en is already installed.
I also tried reinstalling OOo and localization packages and it didn't work. The only thing that worked was deleting the .openoffice directory from my home directory.
I know but I'd prefer not deleting user prefs. I will try to check if there is a means to fool it somehow.
