Oh, well. you can also look at it in a cooker way. You install cooker and as that last thing, you will see if there are updates to cooker. This makes sense if it takes maybe 10 hours over a 256 kbit line to install cooker, there just *may* have come updates since you began the installation. Anyway we are using cooker to produce the gold thingie, and for MandrakeSoft and for some cooker people like me this is actually the main purpose of cooker, to make QA for the real distribution. It is thus for those people important to test all aspects, espercsially the update machinery is in place and working. In these virus times it is very important that update policy is in place and working. Best regards keld
