You may need a DOS-based config utility from the card manufacturer to remove
the pnp settings and set them yourself, unless the ISA card is jumpered.
After that, I have yet to have the machine not recognize the card as long as
I feed it the correct module - I use netconfig ( a RedHat tool) or netconf
(from linuxconf) to set up networking. PCI cards tend to auto-detect nicely.
