[Cooker] 7.1 frustrates diald with igmp 514

After upgrading to Mandrake 7.1, I find spurious "igmp" packets
on port 514 are causing my diald to stay online far more than it 
should.

1) what is the igmp packet, who is sending it and can I turn it off?

2) How would I phrase the diald packet-filter rule to ignore these?
