[Cooker] How is cooker build??? On posting problems

Maybe it is usefull to post messages/info here on how Mandrake cooker is 
build. Then posting bugs/requests/problems could be more effective since the 
way they are fixed/solved is known by the person posting.

Who builds the packages and how are updates agreed on? Can anyone post fixes? 
What is done with the problems posted here?
