We developpers at MandrakeSoft build packages. (about 30 persons maybe)
`Updates' can be:
. security updates: vincent danen (vdanen@) is taking care of
. versions/bugfixes: this is usually up to packages maintainers but we
often do the job for other maintainers for higher reactivity; in freeze
time, version update is prohibited, only bugfixes are allowed
Anyone can post fixes on the list, but only developpers at MandrakeSoft
can upload things in the Mandrake Cooker/Contrib distribution.
