Um, I may be out of the loop on this one, but I did a page on how to set
this up way back when 2.2.13 was king. I have it working with 2.2.16
also. Around the time of the 7.1 release auto detection of my Ultra66
(promise) worked, but not with the speed...if you wanna get down to the

Let me know if these help. You should be able to get the gist of
