i'm supposing that you've rsynced the cooker files to a separate partition on 
your hd that you'll not be using to install upon...

1. make a floppy of hd.img...do not just copy it, use the dd command:
        a. cd to ...../cooker/images
        b. type: dd if=hd.img of=/dev/fd0
2. reboot your computer with floppy in drive
3. install program will ask you for location of cooker files
