I agree.  I switched from RedHat and Slackware to LM back when 6.1
started.  I sat down one weekend and tried many distros including SuSE,
Mandrake, and Debian, Mandrake came out on top, I had no problems
with that distro, 6.2 either.  7.0 bombed, but I knew enough to get it
wokring, however a newbie would need a lot of help.  7.1 was better
. . . I like the features Mandrake includes, in fact when they work they
save me lots of time.  I just setup a RedHat server and had to recompile
Apache, PHP, and MySQL, to get it to work right; when LM does out of the
box.  It's things like this that will attract people to LM, don't let the
bugs ruin that.
