Ok, then let's take the same approach we used with the crypto stuff:

The installer says "would you like to include some naughty and maybe
subversive anti-corporate-profit-monger software?" and it scoots you
to some lonely off-shore site where it _is_ legal.

Mandrake is the world.  Let's not forget that ;)
