I think you could say "covering their butt in case of legal action by the
RIAA" and be pretty close. Duh. It doesn't even matter if their right to
include gnapster or more importantly peer to peer client file server
appliactions .. right now the scary lawyer thugs are making it a no
brainer to remove, whether you agree with that action or not, if I were
running a linux distro i'd do the same thing. (And make sure the actual
RPM stayed around on server outside the US :)
