[Cooker] imwheel

I have a FirstMouse and an IntelliMouse Trackball and when using the
PS/2 IntelliMouse setting with mouseconfig and running imwheel, the
wheel doesn't do anything.  It works just fine as a third mouse button,
though.  I'm not sure if imwheel isn't seeing them as actual
intellimice(?) or what.  Also, I guess I might not be using programs
that support it, but I use Netscape 4.75 and 6pr3.  I assume they would
both support the mouse wheel.  I know 6pr3 has a wheel setting.
