hard to tell something on that; does it do it brutally (e.g. a second
before it was working perfectly)? can you see any processes eating all the
cpu maybe (updatedb or something)?

Nothing really useful except that your hostname seems partially screwed up
(localhost in /etc/sysconfig/network but mike (not qualified!) in
/etc/hosts), sometimes it is source for problems (but not in your case
AFAIK).
