Thanks a lot. I've kinda got somewhere. I had to edit configure to
include
/usr/lib/kde1-compat/include and lib/. However configure is now
complaining about some
sed problems.
I thought kde would be back-compatible without much problem, but it
seems that I
was totally wrong.
