Avoid Compaq in the future :/ I received a very similar response in regard
to a request for raw disk images of the setup/diagnostics disks for my
Deskpro 4000. I was told to use the DOS program and that they did not (and
would not) support Linux. (Ultimately I ended up downloading the DOS
program, and making the disks on another machine.)
