Any Linux using XFree86 version 4 will support it for software. Your hardware will be 
the limiting factor. On-board video is not a pleasant experience with attempts at dual 
head. 

I use an ASUS SP-97V mobo with a Voodoo3-3000 PCI and a Matrox Mystique 220. (BTW, the 
mga drivers in XFree86-4 suck. There are  new Linux drivers on their site, but I need 
all the source code for XFree to compile them -- Yecch!) The on-board SiS video is 
disabled (and horribly slow when I used it).
