[Cooker] FTP Install of cooker,

I tried an ftp install of cooker at the weekend,
the only problems I had were,

Couldn't specify a netmask when setting up the network card.
Couldn't do an anonymous logon with no password.

also the list of available files(can't remember the name of the file), was
being downloaded a lot.
