[Cooker] Non-English DrakX

Hi!

When running DrakX in another langauge than English (Swedish in my case) a
lot of words get cut off. I guess because the dialogs are shaped around the
English, sometimes shorter, sentences.

One example is the progression list on the left, words get cut off although
they actually are far from the right margin.

Another example is the dialog for "Searching for available packages" and in
the dialog for "% of packages" the input form gets squished so even "100"
doesn't fit inside of it.
