In french we have an expression when it breaks down, we say "it falls into
failure".

Our debian developper frederic lepied invented this expression: "it falls
into working state" (hard to translate in a cool way).

More or less, it describes when you make everything to break it, and
suprisingly, it works.

We really have a problem here when mirrors have inconsistencies between
hdlists's and actual RPM's.

Only available solution here is: your mirror sucks. Use another mirror..
