You should use my popular all_rsync.pl perl script from: http://members.optushome.com.au/ronst/ The readme.html contains full instructions. This has the advantage over raw rsync of not downloading non-English RPMs (saves 528 MB on a Cooker download) and cleverly renaming existing local RPMs so that rsync only needs to do a patch run rather than a complete download.
