I installed vmware-2.0.3 build 799 tonight on 8.0 final and it seems to work
with no problems. I have not created a new virtual machine from scartch, but
I do not expect this to be an issue.
I did replace the vmnet.tar file with one which contained the vnetInt.h patch
already applied before I ran the vmware-config.pl script.
