I have been complaining and complaining about the package selection since
Beta 2 or Beta3.. there was plenty of time to rectify it.. so please don't
say this.. I am soo upset only because i love Mandrake and want to see it to
be the best..
Claudio, you are right about "all packages" thing.. but what I am talking of
here is installation of logical things..
Again I repeat :
- No flash plugin (and kdebase-nsplugins) installed by default on a distro
targetting newbies and the desktop.. is it that difficult to understand that
this package is a must for LM?
- No telnet installed by default.. its easy to install but still..
- No "kdevelop" installed although I selected "development" in the package
selection.. kdevelop is one of the best IDEs out there which can start you
off developing linux applications right away..
- No "gdm"...
I can go on and on .. but I have said enuff and never got any response from
LM guys.. I don't know waht to say more..
