in fact, it depends. For most things, bugzilla is better because quite a few
people here do not read cooker.
For install (and maybe kernel), it is different, the number of bugs is so
terrifying and the quality so low, that we have nearly given up :-(
So for install, posting on cooker may get you faster response&fix.
