This problem seems to exist before 5.3.6 -- personally I found the problem
exists since 5.3.5. Originally I thought it's my own problem so I ignored
it.
More info: this problem (horizontal scale is doubled but the size does not
change) seems only affect miff -> png conversion. I have tried other types
of conversion and can't reproduce the same effect. But maybe this bug
should be reported to imagemagick list instead of here?
