Well, I just tried ImageMagick 5.3.6 binaries under a non-cooker (8.0) installation
and works flawlessly (while on cooker has your same behaviour).
Probably is due to some external library. I'll investigate on this. In the meanwhile
can you
tell me if ImageMagick-5.3.6-3mdk (just uploaded) gives the same problems for you?
