So you will build an RPM of it? All these legal tactics have scared me 
away from building rpms :((

I don't understand the laws. If it is legal to decrypt a DVD in Windows, 
than why is it illegal for Linux users? I don't even own a DVD player, 
and I'm not sure I would either, util I could actually play my OWN DVD's 
that I BOUGHT!

Anyway, I hope OpenH323 doesn't fall under any of these problems :)
