When the RPMS2 is a symlink - can it still be downloaded with Rsync?

I use Rsync -auvP --delete as my options but I don't get symlinked
directories (just the link and not the files)

Any tips? Anyone?

Thank god I copied the RPMS2 directory to a notebook recently to test a
HD install of Cooker - so I still have a copy of the RPMS2 directory.

Cheers,
