I presume that you have a login to get this message displayed !!!

However, if memory serves me :
1) The username / password was implemeted due to the amount of SPAM and other 
e-mails of no relavence to Mandrake development stuff.
2) Last time I tried to send an e-mail from a non-login session I received a 
reply asking me if I would confirm the posting by replying to that reply by 
cutting and pasting a reference number into the subject field.

However, if this no longer works or hasn't worked for you, please feel free 
to send the bug report to me and I will post it for you !
