as I posted earlier in KDE with Cooker and Mdk 8.1 the kde media player
doesn't work. It gives a cannot connect error.

Internal Vis
KCrash: crashing.... crashRecursionCounter = 2
KCrash: Application Name = noatun path = <unknown> pid = 2338
noatun: ERROR: KUniqueApplication: DCOP communication error!

I went to KDE's message board and they had it documented that this is caused
from a packaging problem with Mandrake. They claimed that it is caused by
kdemultimedia not being compiled with the same --prefix as kdelibs is
compiled. So I would assume that it would be a fairly simple fix. Just
recompiling kdemultimedia with the same --prefix as is used on kdelibs that
should do it right ?
If that could fix it would it be possible for someone to remake the package ?
It probably wouldn't be that bad except that kde mediaplayer (noatun) is the
default media player in kde.
