The DHCP network install now asks for your hostname before the install starts, but it does not seem to set the HOSTNAME var properly, and uses the one provided by DHCP instead. Apparently, this hostname is only used to bring up the network and not during the install. And if the network is already configured, it defaults to asking you not to change it (i.e. defaults to not setting the hostname) or changing any other nwtwork parameters.
