Yes, since DHCP can ignore or not honour the hostname you wanted, we need to set the hostname as the one which is provided, or if missing the one from reverse dns. > defaults to asking you not to change it (i.e. defaults to not > setting the hostname) or changing any other nwtwork parameters.
